What does our end of tenancy clean involve?

Kitchen cleaning and disinfection

  • Remove cobwebs
  • Clean of all kitchen worktops, surfaces, plugs and light switches
  • Clean the floors
  • Clean all cupboards and drawers outside and inside.
  • Wipe all woodwork (doors, door frames, skirting boards)
  • Clean white goods outside, i.e. fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.
  • Clean small kitchen appliances outside, i.e. toaster, kettle, coffee, maker, blender, sandwich maker, etc.
  • Clean and degrease stove burners / Electric hob and splashback and extractor hood and filter.
  • Clean sink and counters,
  • Dust off windows up to a reachable height, as well as window frames and sills/ledges.
  • Rubbish removal and disposal.

Bathrooms

  • Bin cleaning outside and inside.
  • Vacuum and mop the floor,
  • Oven/Range cooker clean, removing the glass door to clean any the dirt and grease trapped.
  • Deep cleaning of bathtub, toilet inside and outside, including base and lid and hand washing basin with special cleaning products.
  • Scrubbing tiles
  • De-lime and descale all sanitary fixtures such as basin, taps, bathtub, shower screen, shower hose and head, toilet, towel holders, etc.
  • Remove dirt behind pipes
  • Clean and shine mirrors and glass surfaces
  • Wipe cabinets and drawers inside and outside (if empty)
  • Vacuum and mop the floor
  • Remove and dispose the rubbish
  • Bin cleaning outside and inside


All rooms

  • Wipe the furniture, skirting boards, doors, top of door, door frames, window handles and doorknobs.
  • Clean internal windows together with the sills, ledges, channels and frames (at reachable height).
  • Clean coving, picture rail, cornice / curtain rails
  • Clean plugs, sockets, light switches & fittings, lamp shades
  • Remove cobwebs and dusting off
  • Clean mirrors and glass surfaces
  • Vacuum, dust and polish the furniture, clean behind and underneath furniture with a telescoping pole to swivel a mop head or rag to get to hard-to-reach places.
  • Dust and wipe radiators and around fireplace
  • Clean the outside of all wardrobes, and drawers
  • Dust and clean staircases rail
  • Clean and wipe behind radiators
  • Remove all linen from beds and pillows to allow the disinfection process to act on their fabric and fibres
  • Vacuum and mop hard floors
  • Vacuum upholstery
  • Remove and dispose the rubbish

What is not involved in an of tenancy deep clean?

  • Washing dishes, cutlery, glasses, pans and pots.

What we require from you?

  • Property must be vacant (to observe social distancing).
  • Property must be vacant of tenants.
  • Property must be empty of personal belongings (clothes, suitcases with luggage, cosmetics, etc.)
  • Fridge/freezer must be empty of food and defrosted beforehand.
  • Property must be vacant after the service is performed and no other work is to be done on the property during the 72-hour guarantee.

Our service guarantee

Our service has a 24-hour guarantee, meaning if by any chance you, the Letting Agent, landlord is not happy with the cleaning we provided, as long as you contact us within 24-hours, we’ll be able to offer a re-cleaning session, free of charge.
