For a deep one off clean to be successful we recommend our customers to take the following steps before our technician arrives.
1. Consider if you need moving furniture around. Our technicians will not move anything that weighs more than 20kg or that requires two people to move.
2. If your furniture is too heavy to move, our team will use vacuum cleaner attachments or a telescoping pole to swivel a mop head or rag to get to hard-to-reach places. So make sure nothing is under beds or tables for a great result.
3. Clear away the clutter. Pick-up any items that have accumulated on the floor, on top of counters and table tops, or draped across furniture, so that you our technicians get to the places you want to.
4. If you want us to clean the fridge and freezer do not forget to clean out the fridge and defrost the freezer in advance.
5. Go over the pantry. We will not clean inside the cabinets unless they are empty.
6. It would be good to have clean beeding in your bedroom, so take away the dirty one and leave the clean ones on top of the bed, we will make the bed for you.
7. And finally, sort through items and get rid of anything you no longer need or use.
